Resetting your Access Code.
If you've forgotten your Access Code, you'll need to reset it before you can log in.
To complete the reset process, ME needs to have your email address and your mobile phone number. If we don't have that info, you'll need to get in touch so we can reset your Access Code over the phone - call us on 13 15 63, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm or Saturday 9am-5pm (AEST).
